I'm Fay Adams.
Life coach, mindfulness and compassion teacher, long-term meditator, mum, chronic pain survivor, closet artist — and hopeful nurturer of the human spirit’s potential to grow through life’s ups and downs.

1:1 Coaching

I work with people who’ve explored mindfulness, personal growth or spiritual paths — but feel the need for more real change in their lives, bodies, minds or hearts. Together, we explore what’s in the way… and how it might actually become the way.

Gatherings

In groups, I weave together mindfulness, compassion, poetry and story to nourish presence, contemplation and growth by tapping into universal wisdom.

I also run regular Mandala Days — creative, spacious workshops that invite an imaginative way of connecting freshly with ourselves, using heart and hands as well as mind.

Foundational Mindfulness Training

I offer mindfulness and compassion courses that support sustainable wellbeing, emotional resilience, and everyday presence.

Mindfulness

I offer mindfulness and compassion training to groups in the workplace and other settings. 

With a crisis in mental health throughout society, the wisdom and practice of mindfulness and compassion training provides invaluable and scientifically proven insight into how we can nurture sustainable wellbeing, both for ourselves, and then by extension for others too.

Friendly and deep - mindful gatherings to restore meaning and connection through universal wisdom about how to live. Curating story and poetry to receive mindfully, both ancient and contemporary and from the world over

I knew Fay from her background in Mindfulness having attended courses and retreats with her over the years. I loved her teaching style and gentle presence so knew I would benefit from coaching 121s. Fay and I had some sessions together to help me with the process of applying to university as a mature student. I needed help with not letting my inner-critic sabotage my dream. In the end we only needed a few sessions but they were very impactful. I especially loved how creative she was in response to my needs which really helped me connect with my own creativity and self-compassion.

Happily I have now been accepted into university to study in 2025 and Fay played a big part in making that happen and boosting my self-confidence. I won't hesitate to call upon Fay for help in future!
