Mindfulness Mentoring

Mindfulness is about being present and it's the present moment that is the doorway to our deepest potential.

Many of us have a longing for more peace, ease, authenticity and spiritual or personal growth, but find that all manner of blocks get in the way - emotions, habits, life. I work with people who want to stop trying to improve or fix themselves and get curious instead. I have unshakable faith, borne of my own experience, and of working with hundreds of mindfulness practitioners over 15+ years, that when we know how to attune to ourselves our inner wisdom will emerge. This is true for you too!

I offer monthly mindful mentoring which is based in mindfulness, compassion, exploration and discovery, not in answers, dos and don'ts or doctrine.

I have a background in Tibetan Buddhism and 20 years of (almost daily) meditation practice experience. These days I feel a bit like a non-denominational contemplative. All I've learnt from my deep and long immersion in mindfulness and Buddhism is now integrated into my own unique way of living life meaningfully.

Our own heart is our best guide, if we can connect with it. And this connection is what I hope our meetings can encourage in you.

How it works:

Sessions are usually monthly and 1 hour long. We can agree a 'package' of 5 or 10 sessions (for a discount) or leave it open ended. Receive Whatsapp support between sessions where helpful and for the purposes of accountability, if that feels good to you. I also offer the option of creating bespoke guided audio meditations for you.

Suggested investment: £60 - £80 GBP per session

Concessions available - talk to me if this feels like too much, I believe in making coaching accessible!

This magnificent refuge is inside you.
Enter.
Shatter the darkness that shrouds the doorway.
Be bold. Be humble.
Ask no permission from the authorities.
Close your eyes and follow your breath
to the still place that leads
to the invisible path
that takes you home.

To live in this world

you must be able
to do three things:
to love what is mortal;
to hold it

against your bones knowing
your own life depends on it;
and, when the time comes to let it go,
to let it go.

by Mary Oliver

Like the peony that opens

and opens and opens,

this is how I want to meet life -

surviving the cold and then returning to

bloom again.
