Who's it for? This package is for you if you'd like to get stuck in and explore what the barriers have been to realising the change you long for. I know how frustrating it can be to invest in self-development, meditation and spiritual courses, mind-body-spirit books and still feel like things are not shifting. What you'll get: A series of 1 hour sessions usually every week initially and then spacing out to every two weeks in the second month and third month and thereafter less regularly as our work together embeds. If you prefer a different plan we can discuss this and tailor it to your wishes.
