This is for you if you'd like to understand yourself better and from there make gentle, grounded, compassionate changes. What you'll get: A series of 1 hour sessions usually every week initially and then spacing out to every two weeks in the second month and third month and thereafter less regularly as our work together embeds. If you prefer a different plan we can discuss this and tailor it to your wishes.
